Our culinary «Bun di»
Enjoy our alpine gourmet breakfast every morning. Spread your bread from the local baker with the best butter from the region, plus some honey from the beekeeper in Scuol - most of the food on our breakfast buffet is produced in the local area. Dishes with fresh eggs from Sent are prepared upon order by our kitchen team. Some hearty alpine cheese and a few slices of Salsiz from the village butcher - so you start the day with the best energy.
Lunch or a snack in the afternoon
Lunch with a mountain view
The restaurant Allegra in the Hotel Belvedere is also open over lunch. Enjoy light meals and regional dishes, fine desserts and ice cream in our restaurant or also in the afternoon on our sunny terrace.

When the little hunger comes
After an active day of hiking, skiing or swimming, your stomach is usually rumbling long before dinner. That's why we offer a small snack buffet with sweet and savoury snacks every day from 3.30 to 4.30 pm in our Lischana room at the Hotel Belvedere.

Please note that in the low season, our gourmet restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays and we offer room service via our partner hotel, the Hotel Belvedere, on these days. You can find out what is on offer during the closed days in the gourmet restaurant at the reception.

For wine lovers
The Valentin Vinoteca offers a large selection of about 800 wines. You have the option of having your wine selected in the vinoteca delivered to the restaurant for dinner. For this, you pay the retail price in the vinoteca and a service fee.
Restaurant change
All our guests who have booked half-board receive a CHF 40.- reduction on à la carte consumption in the Belvedere, GuardaVal, Restaurant Nam Thai or Bistro Belvair. Allergies and food intolerances can be taken into account with early booking.
Late riser breakfast
There is nothing better than having a good night's sleep, but then you usually miss breakfast, which is always so nice during the holidays. Why not order our late riser breakfast or ask at the reception about a late check-out and stay a little longer with us?
