Useful information at a glance
In order to provide you with a relaxing and smooth stay, we kindly ask you to read our terms and conditions carefully. In them you will find important information for your holidays at the BELVEDERE HOTEL FAMILY.
Cancellation
Cancellation* must be made in writing to us and is only valid after receipt of our written cancellation confirmation. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung. Online form: www.erv.ch

14 to 1 day before arrival, no-show or early departure: We will charge you 80 % of the booked arrangement to be
for forwarding to your cancellation insurance. -
Only for direct bookings: If you have not taken out cancellation insurance, we will charge you 80 % of the booked arrangement. After receipt of payment, you will receive a value voucher to redeem for your next stay, less CHF 150.- in administrative expenses per room booked. The voucher can be redeemed for all hotel services or consumption in all hotels of the BELVEDERE HOTEL FAMILY. The voucher is valid for 2 years from the date of issue and is non-transferable.

For groups, seminars and events from 1 overnight stay and from 8 persons: Up to 29 days before arrival CHF 80 administrative charges. 28 to 1 days before arrival, no-show or early departure 80 % of the booked arrangement.
*This regulation only applies to guests who have booked directly with us (by telephone or online, on site, via our website). Excluding bookings made through third party providers such as travel agents, booking.com, other booking platforms or providers. Please check your cancellation policy if you have not booked directly.

Check-in from 3.00 p.m.
Check-out until 11.30 a.m.
Parking garage
Parking garage CHF 15.- per day.
Pets
Dog CHF 25.- per day without food
Dogs are welcome with advance notice with limited access to the public rooms.
Taxes
Visitor's tax = New guest card
Visitor's tax CHF 5.- per person/night for all guests over 12 years of age.
According to the regional decision, the new guest card will be regulated by the visitor's tax from 01.01.22. With the new guest card you can use the public transport between Brail and Martina all year round as well as the mountain railways in summer from the day of arrival to the day of departure and benefit from further reductions on holiday experiences in the entire destination Engadin Samnaun Val Müstair. Your dog also travels free of charge.
«Cause We Care» - myclimate contribution
CHF 1.- per person/night
With your contribution you compensate a part for a climate neutral stay.
Change of restaurant
All our guests who have booked half board (except for packages) can reserve a table à la carte in another restaurant of the BELVEDERE HOTEL FAMILY. You will receive a refund for the half-board you did not consume.
Prices children
Children in double or family room / suite with 2 full paying persons:
Approx. mid-April to approx. mid-December (summer season)
- Children under 2 years completely free of charge
- Children between 2 and 15 years CHF 20.- with breakfast or CHF 40.- with half board (per night)
- Children from 16 years 50% reduction
Approx. mid-December to approx. mid-April (winter season incl. ski pass)
Children under 2 years completely free
- Children between 2 and 5 years CHF 25.- with breakfast or CHF 45.- with half board (per night)
- Children between 6 and 9 years CHF 45.- with breakfast or CHF 65.- with half board (per night)
- Children from 10 years 50% reduction
Specific room requests
We can only consider fixed room numbers and specific wishes such as balcony or parquet flooring for reservations of 5 nights or more.
Online booking
Should the price not be correctly transmitted for technical reasons when booking online, we reserve the right to inform you of this and, in an emergency, to withdraw from this contract.
Vouchers
Please note that only pre-registered vouchers of any kind are accepted.
Wellness packages
We are happy to reserve treatments for you on our wellness packages between 10.00 and 16.00, subject to availability. You will receive the appointments upon arrival at the hotel. Please note that the appointments can only be rescheduled for an additional charge of CHF 15.-.
Payment methods
We accept payment in cash, all major credit cards, 50 % in WIR.
