Indulgence Week
A week filled with pleasurable moments. Experience an exciting fireplace talk every day with local producers and vintners from the Bündner Herrschaft. Afterwards, you can let dishes made from regional food and delicious wines melt in your mouth in our restaurants.
Prices for participation in the Gourmet Week
For guests who have booked rooms with breakfast or external guests CHF 114.- per person and evening including aperitif, fireplace talk, cheese buffet or starter buffet and 4-course menu (excluding drinks with dinner).
Surcharge for guests with half board CHF 35.- per person and evening for aperitif and fireplace talk (excl. drinks with dinner).
For guests who have booked the regular guest week, the enjoyment week evenings are included (excl. drinks with dinner).
If you have not booked half board, we recommend that you reserve a table in good time.

Cheese and wine

Fireplace talk with Peter Mair, Che Chaschöl Tschlin and winemaker Thomas Marugg from Fläsch.
Followed by a large cheese buffet at Hotel Belvedere and Badehotel Belvair with great menus featuring Che Chaschöl cheeses. Wine accompaniment through the evening by Thomas Marugg.

Lamb and wine

Fireplace talk with Not Pua, farmer from Sent and winemaker family Davaz from Fläsch.
Followed by: unique dishes in our restaurants with best lamb from Sent and wine accompaniment by Davaz.

Dried meat and wine

Ludwig Hatecke talks about the dried meat craft and his idea of presenting meat as the noblest food. We enjoy a fine aperitif with white wine from Möhr-Niggli in Maienfeld.
Afterwards: large appetiser buffet at the Belvedere, menus with the best beef from Ludwig Hatecke and wines from Möhr-Niggli.

Wednesday, 6 September 2023 | 6.00 pm
Garden vegetables and wine

The Scuoler vegetable garden presented in our kitchen at the Belvedere by the Neuhäusler nursery in Scuol. Accompanied by white wines from Andrea Lauber from Malans and Philipp Grendelmeier from Zizers.
Afterwards we will serve surprising dishes in all the restaurants around vegetables. The wines of the evening will be presented by Andrea Lauber from Malans and Philipp Grendelmeier from Zizers.

Thursday, 7 September 2023 | 6.00 pm
Organic farmer and wine

Fireplace talk with Jürg Wirth, mountain farmer, journalist and epicurean. We will also discover the wines from the Valtellina with Stefan Zehnder and Dante Gramatica from Valentin Wine in Pontresina.
Afterwards: Discover the alpine pig and its unique taste in exciting dishes in all restaurants. The food is accompanied by distinctive, top-class Valtellina wines.

Friday, 8 September 2023 | 6.00 pm
Hunter and wine

Fireplace talk with Karl Andersag, passionate nature filmmaker and hunter about the Grisons high-altitude hunt. We will enjoy fine wines from Ueli and Jürg Liesch from Malans and Jürg Obrecht from Jenins.
Followed by a large hors d'oeuvre buffet at the Belvedere and fine game dishes in all restaurants, accompanied by the wines of Liesch and Obrecht.

Saturday, 9 September 2023 | 6.00 pm
Fish and wine

Fireplace talk with Adrian Stöckenius, entrepreneur and fly fisherman from Scuol. Georg Fromm from Malans will present his wines.
Afterwards: Discover great dishes with river fish and wines by Georg Fromm in all restaurants.
