In the 2024 edition of the Gault&Millau Guide, our GuardaVal gourmet kitchen has once again been awarded 15 points and three toques.
We are proud of our kitchen team under the leadership of Stefan Rohrlack and congratulate them warmly on this success. This award confirms our staff in their craft and, last but not least, our use of high-quality food, which is processed into refined dishes in our menus. We would also like to thank the Gault&Millau guide for the placement, as well as for the reference to the char. We can assure you that the fish we buy from the Rageth company in Landquart comes from small fish farms in Graubünden. For example, from the Lumare fish farm in Cumbel, in the municipality of Lumnezia.
