Ski pass included

Skiing or winter hiking

  • From 9 December 2023 to 7 April 2024 you benefit as a BELVEDERE HOTEL FAMILY guest from the ski pass included. Use the cable cars and lifts in the Motta Naluns-Ftan-Sent ski area from the day of arrival to the day of departure. The ski pass is already included from the first night.
  • For non-skiers, winter hiking trails are prepared in the ski area with a magnificent mountain panorama and can be used free of charge with the ski pass inclusive offer.
  • Sledging fun on the longest toboggan run in the region, 3.5 km, away from the ski slopes, with the «Skipass Inclusive» on Motta Naluns-Prui-Ftan as often as you like. Sledge rental not included.

You don't want to go skiing?

Then use your guest card for excursions in the Lower Engadine and discover the scenic beauty of the valley and the picturesque villages. Also in winter, all PostBus lines between Brail and Martina are now included (excl. S-charl).

General information

Chasa Plavna is a unique multi-complex in Scuol that offers modern Tiny Apartments, a deli-bistro, a sports store and much more. It combines alpine charm with modern comfort and offers a wide range of leisure activities.

Chasa Plavna is located in the heart of Scuol, right next to the Hotel Belvedere, with direct access to its facilities and the Bogn Engadina.

Chasa Plavna offers Tiny Apartments, a Deli-Bistro, a sports store, exclusive condominiums and administrative offices of the Belvedere Hotel Group.

The planned opening is November/December 2026.

The architecture and planning will be carried out by Renato Maurizio Architekten AG in Maloja.

Serviced Apartments

Chasa Plavna offers multifunctional Tiny Apartments in various sizes, from studios to 3.5-room apartments.

Yes, the apartments are equipped with high-quality, modern and functional furniture that offers maximum comfort.

No. The service apartments will be fully equipped like an apartment. No meals will be included. However, you will have the option of dining in one of the hotel restaurants (subject to availability).

Owned Apartments

Nine exclusive condominiums are being built in the southern part of Chasa Plavna.

The condominiums offer high-quality furnishings, an unobstructed view of the Dolomites and access to the infrastructure of the BELVEDERE HOTEL FAMILY.
