The South is my home and I carry the cuisine in my heart. It is a straightforward cuisine - simple and dedicated to the products. It is emotional and not rational. Food is life and eating is healthy - as long as you enjoy it. And a good meal is accompanied by a good glass of wine, a good conversation and time to do nothing.
"Il gust dal süd" is the result of my search for authenticity and honesty, the expression of my love for cooking. With a lot of respect and care, our delicacies are handmade and with love every dish comes to your table.
The products for the dishes come from sustainable production, many local producers and growers do their best every day to give you the perfect taste. The ambience is informal, the space has style and modernity. The table is simply set and square - the plates are round.
