During your training as a hotel clerk, you will take reservations for hotel rooms at the reception and look after guests during check-in/out. You will gain an insight into the accounting department and the HR department. Your activities are at the front and behind the scenes.

You make sure that the guest feels well looked after: as a restaurant specialist, you greet the guests warmly and accompany them to their table. You know everything important about food and drinks and advise the guests on their choice. In the background, you can prepare simple dishes yourself and mix different cocktails. You also maintain and clean the facilities, machines and equipment in the restaurant area.
